Diffusion Blenders
Gansons’ diffusion blenders are ideally used for mixing of powder ingredients and/or formed granules. Different types are available depending on its application. Gansons offers the following types of blenders:
- Bin blender (1 L – 3,000 L)
- Octagonal blender (1 L – 16,000 L)
- V-type blender (1 L – 5,000 L)
- Double cone blender (1 L – 5,000 L)
They can be seamlessly scaled up from laboratory to production scale.

- Include attached railings for enhanced safety
- Limit switches and sensors for risk-free operation and emergency stop
- Automated PLC based control system with touch screen HMI (Human Machine Interface)
- WIP nozzles can be provided for in-situ cleaning
