A forward acting rupture disc solution for high pressure applications

The Conventional Domed rupture disc is a solid metal disc suitable for very high burst pressures (up to 1400 barg). The disc offers the widest size range of any product type, from 3mm (1/8″) to 800mm (32″). For vacuum conditions we can manufacture the Conventional Domed disc with back pressure support to withstand the harshest of operating conditions.

With its solid metal construction and smooth surface finish, this forward acting bursting disc benefits from a 5% tolerance with an 85% operating to burst pressure ratio.

Install the disc into Elfab’s forward rupture disc holder. All Conventional Domed discs come with Flo-Tel as standard to allow for non-invasive, reusable burst detection.
